Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., swimwear, lingerie) cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team to initiate your return.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
- Send your return to the provided address (you’ll receive this via email).
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
